Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a similar role
- Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of databases & data warehousing
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear communication of complex insights
- Organized, strong time management
- Ability to work independently & in teams
Desirable:
- Experience in crypto, finance, or compliance industries
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Familiarity with statistical modeling
Job Responsibilities
- Collect, organize & analyze customer service data
- Develop & maintain dashboards and reports
- Provide data-driven recommendations for efficiency
- Conduct root cause analysis for key KPIs
- Communicate insights to senior management
- Ensure data accuracy & integrity
- Support strategic decision-making with forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
