Candidate Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in trading or financial systems
• Expert in C++, Rust, or Go for high-performance applications
• Strong understanding of low-latency, high-throughput systems
• Experience with HFT architecture, order execution, and market data systems
• Knowledge of Linux networking, concurrency, and optimization
• Leadership experience managing small technical teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering initiatives for Tokka Labs’ HFT platform
• Design and optimize trading infrastructure for speed and reliability
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders
