Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk, or due diligence
• Bachelor’s in Law, Finance, Business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks
• Excellent analytical & investigative skills
• High integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information
• Effective communication & reporting skills
• Organized with strong problem-solving ability

Desirable:

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or global compliance
• AML/KYC certification
• Knowledge of sanctions & screening tools

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth risk & due diligence assessments
• Monitor and review compliance procedures
• Evaluate risks related to assets and partnerships
• Ensure compliance with international regulations
• Prepare detailed reports and risk summaries
• Collaborate with global compliance teams
• Provide recommendations for mitigation strategies
• Support regulatory audits & internal reviews
