Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools
• Strong background in data visualization & reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly

Desirable:

• Experience with DeFi, crypto, or blockchain analytics
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Knowledge of statistical modeling & forecasting

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights
• Design & maintain advanced dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide strategy
• Provide data-driven recommendations for product improvements
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of datasets
