Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Proven experience leading design teams or projects
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy & design systems
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication & leadership skills

Desirable:

• Experience in SaaS or Web3 industries
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Familiarity with prototyping and usability testing

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the UX design team
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Ensure seamless and engaging user experiences
• Drive design strategy aligned with business goals
